Duffy Theatre

"RRRIIINNNGGG!!!" Went the bell a little earlier then usual. Straight away we headed towards the hall. An excited buzz swam around me. As i entered the hall i could see some interesting props and 3 people standing on the stage. We were still waiting on a couple of classes so we played some games. Finally the show started. It was about a girl who didn't like reading very much. One day the saw a kind in a library issuing a book and thought the library card was a credit card and he was rich. She learned that it was a library card and got her own. She started reading and really loved it. It was a very good show and I would love to see more!!!

Best Dad...

I think my Dad should win caught being a good Dad because whenever I or Riley are sick, and mum needs to go to work he will take care of us, because he knows that family comes first. And one last thing my dad is loving, kind and caring, so that is why my Dad should win

Fathers Day Liturgy

Yesterday Pukeko class hosted a lovely Fathers Day liturgy.  We were very proud of our 'Father' art, here are some of our drawings.

How To Make A Cute Alien

Materials Needed
A plastic plate, vivid, two pipe cleaners, a hot glue gun and anything else to decorate your alien.

Step One
Use your vivid to curl both of the pipe cleaners by wrapping them around the vivid one at a time.

Step Two
Grab your plate and hot glue the pipe cleaners to the back of your plate. Now you have antennae!

Step Three
When you've done that take your vivid and decorations and make your aliens face on the plate to make it as cute possible. Now you've made a cute alien!
