Throwing the Discus

Step 1
Bend knees and stand side on to direction of throw
Just like this ready position ��

Step 2 
Practice your swing a couple of times before throwing
and face your arm slightly to were you want to throw it
Just like this��
Step 3  
L���� K at where you're throwing it to and focus 
So you can throw it close to where you want it, if not right to where 
you want it
Just like this����
  Step 4
Put all your weight on to your front foot
Then twist your body bounce up and then let go
